    Public school was putting me in special ed classes and never addressing my real issues with learning writing/spelling technique and treated me as retarded. I then went to Kildonan for my entire high school experience and pretty much relearned how to read and write with the Orton Gillingham approach. Even though advanced math was somewhat lacking(although teacher did offer to teach me higher mathematics in and independent study but I didn't bite) I have continued on to achieve my Master In Engineering in mechanical engineering and graduated with a 3.8 GPA. I do think the SAT prep I got was excellent and helped me achieve a 1300(out of 1600.) I look back at my days at Kildonan fondly and would not change the decision to go there.
